Affordability
Household income of at least 30× monthly rent, or a guarantor at 36×.
Right to rent
All adult occupants must pass a right to rent check.
References
Employer, previous landlord and a soft credit check.
Deposit
5-week deposit protected in TDS, or zero-deposit scheme available.
