Use the ‘A’ button in the header to increase text size across the site. Works with browser zoom too.
High contrast
Turn on high contrast in the header. All content meets or exceeds WCAG 2.2 AA colour contrast.
Language and easy-read
We can send letters and information in other languages, large print, Braille or easy-read on request.
Support for disabled users
We can offer BSL interpreters, home visits and adjustments to how we contact you. Just ask.
